All patients, nationwide, with Medicaid, Molina, Medicare (or any state equivalent program) is eligible to receive this discount program and use the hearing professional of their choice.

For the Medicaid, Molina and Medicare benefit, the hearing aids listed below are available for $2500.00/pair. Providers are given a fitting fee and also a fee for follow up visits for up to 10 visits! Make sure to enter the patients insurance ID # on the order form.
